Tovino Thomas has teamed up with filmmaker Jude Anthany Joseph on a new Malayalam movie titled 2018. The actor posted a few pictures from the teaser launch event, which was attended by Mammootty, to his Instagram account. The makers yesterday unveiled the alluring teaser of the film based on the 2018 floods in Kerala. Tovino wrote,
The teaser for 2018 makes an effort to portray the dreadful truth of Kerala's disastrous floods. Tovino Thomas tweeted after posting the teaser, "2018 releasing in 2023 !! Teaser out now...EVERYONE IS A HERO." The video starts with an aerial shot of the flooding. The loss that the average person endured during the natural disaster is later revealed to us.
Asif Ali, Kunchacko Boban, and Aparna Balamurali play important roles in the movie. The project was produced by P K Prime Production Producers, Venu Kunnappilly, C K Padmakumar, and Anto Joseph under the auspices of Kavya Film Company. Chaman Chakko is the editor and Akhil George is the team's cinematographer.
Additionally, Tovino Thomas will star in Jithin Lal's film Ajayante Randam Moshanam. He is paired alongside Kirthi Shetty in the film, which also stars Basil Joseph, Rohini, Harish Uthaman, Jagadish, Hareesh Perady, and Pramod Shetty.
Ajayante Randam Moshanam is an all-Indian movie that is set in the 1900s, 1950s, and 1990s. While Shameer Muhammed is in charge of the editing, Jomon T John ISC is in charge of the cinematography. The music for the drama was also supplied by Dhibu Ninan.
