Megastar Chiranjeevi's recent film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy got termed as his dream project and got released in five different languages. Though it collected good numbers at the box-office, they were not on par with the stardom of Chiru. Recently, the film got premiered on Gemini TV at the Sankranthi festival.
Surprisingly, Sye Raa only received a rating of 11.8, which is quite low. The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India stated that the film got 8741 impressions during the telecast. On the other side, Varun Tej'a Gaddalakonda Ganesh, which premiered during the same week, got 9125 impressions. This has made the facts more shocking for the audience.
Sye Raa's Tamil version, when got premiered, received 15 TVR. Thus, the Tamil version's premier got more ratings than the Telugu version. The sources claim that most of the people already saw the film on Amazon Prime and thus, it got low ratings. The other section claims that the telecasting slot was bad and said that it should've premiered on a weekend. Anyways, these ratings have shocked all the fans of Chiru. Directed by Surender Reddy, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy features Nayanthara and Tamannaah as the female leads. Ram Charan has produced the film.
