Prashant Rangaswamy tweeted that Suriya has not been paid for playing the role of Vikram. As soon as the information came out, the fans also took to social media to congratulate Suriya.
Meanwhile, Vikram continues to make strides at the box office. Within two days of his release, Vikram had reached the 100 crore club. On the first day alone, Vikram earned Rs 34 crore. It was reported that the film had sold more than Rs 200 crore in the sale of satellite rights.
