Actor Prithviraj is talking about how Supriya, who started her career as a journalist, is now limited to running a production company. In an interview given to Manorama News, Prithviraj talks about Supriya. Prithviraj says in the interview that Supriya is more qualified for the offer than the work she is doing now. He added that at some point, Supriya will go back to her old career.
"Of course it is very helpful. That means deciding which film to do, sitting in meetings to set up the project, conducting casting meetings, finding locations, these are all fun tasks to do. That's all I do.
But that's just a little. Most of them are clerical jobs that are not very fun to do. Supriya and my office also look after the entire matter of maintaining company books, accurate GST filing, TDS filing etc.
Supriya is really much more overqualified than that. They are really journalists just like you. She is not the one to do this job. I always say, once the company runs smoothly and becomes a machinery set, Supriya should move out. Appoint someone like a manager and do something Supriya likes. Be creative or start a banner independently or start a news reporting channel as an independent. because Supriya is overqualified for the job she is doing now. But because Supriya does that, I can get involved in such things without caring about other things," said Prithvi.
