Sundeep Kishan’s Gully Rowdy Movie And Ravi Babu’s Crrush Movie Go The OTT Way

Starring Sundeep Kishan and Neha Shetty in the lead roles, Gully Rowdy wrapped up the shoot a long while back and is ready for release. The makers initially planned to release the film in theatres but later realized that it would be next to impossible to lock an optimal release date, given the fact that several Telugu biggies are gearing up for release once theatres re-open. Finding a free-run weekend for any new theatrical release is practically impossible.

So, the makers of the comedy caper have decided to go the OTT way and they are acting accordingly. They are in talks with a couple of OTT platforms as they wish to sell off the direct to digital rights of the film. They will be striking a deal in this regard very soon and the film will certainly premiere on an OTT platform in the near future. Meanwhile, the makers of Crush, an A-rated bold love drama, directed by versatile filmmaker Ravi Babu is also joining the OTT bandwagon. The makers have already finalized a deal with ZEE5 and the film will be streaming on the platform from the 9th of this month. An official announcement on the same will be made in the next couple of days.
