Successful Director-Writer Duo Trinadha Rao Nakkina and Prasanna Kumar Severe Ties?

Director-writer duo Trinadha Rao Nakkina and Bezawada Prasanna Kumar who had previously collaborated for super hits like Hello Guru Prema Kosame, Nenu Local, and Cinema Choopistha Mama have reportedly severed ties. Looks like they have decided to work independently henceforth. The duo had previously delivered a hattrick of box office hits but all is not well between them. The exact reason behind the same is undisclosed for now.

Prasanna Kumar is now collaborating with Surya Pratap Palnati, who previously directed Kumari 21F fame. He is penning the story for this as-yet-untitled project which will be funded by Sithara Entertainments. Young actor Vishwak Sen is set to play the male lead in the film. Surya Pratap Palnati will be directing it. Sithara Entertainments plans to announce the project very soon.

Incidentally, Trinadha Rao and Prasanna Kumar were supposed to collaborate for Ravi Teja’s RT68 which was announced amid much fanfare. It is all but confirmed that the project has been shelved and the fact that Trinadha Rao and Prasanna Kumar have severed ties clearly implies the same. While Bezawada Prasanna Kumar is continuing to provide stories for other directors, Trinadha Rao is yet to materialize his immediate next project. The duo managed to deliver a hat-trick of super hits while they worked together. We need to wait and see if they can emulate similar success while they work independently.
