The entire world is currently fighting against the coronavirus pandemic. Even in India, the cases are increasing rapidly every day. The government has already announced a lockdown of the country till the 14th of this month. One of the most affected industries by COVID-19 is the film industry. As there will be a lot of daily wage workers in the movie industry, all of them have lost their income source now. In order to help such workers as well as the poor film individuals, Telugu film industry has set up a Corona Crisis Charity (CCC) fund. Megastar Chiranjeevi is leading this initiative. Meanwhile, star director SS Rajamouli and producer DVV Danayya have decided to contribute Rs. 10 lakhs towards this fund. They have announced it a while ago with a tweet.
DVV Danayya owned DVV Entertainments tweeted, "Our industry depends on several individuals who work hard every day to make our visions a reality. We'd like to do our bit to support them via the great initiative #CoronaCrisisCharity by contributing an amount of Rs 10 lakhs for the cause. #DVVDanayya@ssrajamouli@KChiruTweets."
