The holy month of Ramadan has arrived. Muslims all over the world follow fasting for a month and end it by celebrating Eid next month. As the Ramadan has arrived, actress Sonam Kapoor conveyed her wishes to all the Muslim brothers and sisters, with a special post on Instagram.
Sonam posted her throwback picture in Muslim attire. She then captioned it, "Ramadan Kareem my brothers and sisters. Ramzan Mubarak." Sonam acted as a Muslim girl in films like Saawariya and Raanjhanaa.
Meanwhile, Sonam is currently spending her quarantine time by posting her throwback pictures. The other day, she posted one of her favorite portraits. Along with it, she wrote, "One of my favorite portraits, I was at my most pensive, it was a day or two after #neerja released, despite the success and adulation I wasn’t feeling ecstatic.. @rammadhvani said it was a feeling of equanimity which is good. I took a year off to feel something better than what I was feeling, in that journey in falling in love with who I was I meet my life partner @anandahuja. This picture is a symbol of a crossroads to the journey of fulfillment, that doesn’t come with work or a relationship. It comes with being someone who doesn’t need any of the above to complete them but someone who is inspired by themselves to feel complete."
On the professional front, Sonam was last seen in the film The Zoya Factor. Starring Dulquer Salmaan as the lead hero, this film ended up as a flop at the box office.
