Director GNR Kumaravelan's upcoming film, Sinam features Arun Vijay and Pallak Lalwani in lead roles. The film will grace the theatres on September 16. Ahead of the release, the director revealed how it camme tto fruition.
Director GNR Kumaravelan says, “The materialization of Sinam has been a long process involving lots of emotions and it goes very relevant with the film’s premise as well. Soon after the release of Haridas, Arun Vijay sir appreciated my work and expressed his interest in working with me. Later, he got busy with his other commitments, and I started working on Wagah. So finally, we collaborated for Sinam, which has come out well and has been a satisfactory project for everyone involved in the team.”
Shedding light upon what inspired him to come up with a story like Sinam, director Kumaravelan says, “After Wagah, my mind was vague and directionless as I couldn’t spot my strength. During that point of time, my father enlightened me by referring my previous film ‘Haridas’ and mentioned that ‘Emotions’ are my plus, and suggested that I carry this as the core element in my movies. Here's where the actual journey of Sinam began.”
The director winds up adding, “Sinam will be a wholesome entertainer laced with thriller and emotional factors. It will be a pleasing movie for audiences from all walks of life.”
