Its producers consider it as a profitable enterprise. According to the most recent information, "Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu" will have an OTT release on Diwali. The creators of "Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu" are yet to reveal the movie's OTT release date. On 15th, it wikl be a month after the release. The film is supposed to broadcast on OTT starting on October 21 in honour of Diwali.
In spite of the "Ponniyin Selvan" storm, Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is still playing on a few screens in Tamil Nadu. It is projected to earn Rs 100 crores at the box office. Because of the success of the movie, the producers gave Silambarasan a luxury car. Gautham Menon got a superbike from the producers.
Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is a two part film. Simbu, Neeraj Madhav, and Siddhi Idnani will be there in the second instalment. Gautham Vasudev Menon will direct the sequel as well. A.R Rahman will compose the music for part 2.
