The movie "Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu" is directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon. It was widely popular when it was premiered in theatres in September. The movie made twice as much money as its budget. Its producers consider it as a profitable enterprise. The movie starring Siddhi Idnani and Silambarasan TR has now completed 50 days in theatres.
The movie was funded by Vels Film International. It also included veteran actress Radikaa Sarathkumar in a significant part. The story of the film was written by renowned author Jeyamohan. Neeraj Madhav and Angelina Abraham both played significant roles in the film. Because of the success of the movie, the producers gave Silambarasan a luxury car. Gautham Menon got a superbike from the producers.
Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is a two part film. Simbu, Neeraj Madhav, and Siddhi Idnani will be there in the second instalment. Gautham Vasudev Menon will direct the sequel as well. AR Rahman gave the best for his third movie starring Silambarasan and directed by Gautham Menon.
