Simbu took to social media to share a note in which he thanked fans for the success of Maanaadu. The film was released in theatres on November 25 and has been receiving rave reviews from critics and audiences alike.
In his statement, Simbu wrote, "Maanadu is a beautiful film that I have done with faith in God and hard work. I have found the right result for my thought. Somehow making the people who love me happy. The movie Maanaadu has been a huge success all over the world. I can not suppress all my feelings in a single word of thanks. But there are no other words to describe the answer. Inside your love that endured the small drops I shed at the audio festival without falling to the ground, I am glad to have the honor.
