Shruti Haasan gets tested for Covid-19 often

Shruti Haasan is now gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, Vakeel Saab starring Pawan Kalyan. Vakeel Saab is the Tamil remake of Hindi blockbuster film, Pink. In the film, Shruti Haasan will be playing a cameo role in . She has also been shuttling between Chennai and Hyderabad for the shooting of her upcoming films. in a recent interview, she revealed that she takes these Covid-19 restrictions very seriously. Since her second home Mumbai is seeing a sharp increase in Covid-19 cases, she is being extra cautious.

In a recent interview, Shruti said, "I've always been very used to travelling for shoots but it's definitely more chaotic during these times of Covid. I get tested often, in order to make sure I'm not a risk to others, and to follow the protocol of each state and, of course, I follow safety precautions. I don't compromise on loads of sanitisers and masks as well! Everything else comes second." She was last seen in Ravi Teja's Krack, which set the box office on fire. She is now waiting for the release of Laabam and Salaar.
