Shirish Saravanan and Mrudula Murali play lead roles in Ramesh Baarathi's Pista. The film also features Yogi Babu, Sathish, Swaminathan, and Bava Lakshmanan in supporting roles. The film will premiere on Colors Tamil on December 18 at 2 pm.

Commenting on the occasion, Director M Ramesh Baarathi said, “ In my opinion, Pistha is quite a film with a unique concept where one gets to witness people who wedding stoppers. Most films usually bring individuals who are wedding planners and plan ingenious weddings. But the idea was to create a fun element with a twist. Hence we reversed the concept. With great comical actors like Sathish, Yogi Babu, and Swaminathan, it was a humorous experience shooting for the film. We are confident that the merriness will reflect on television screens with the World Television Premiere of Pistha. I am sure audiences will have a great weekend watch.
