Shilpa Shetty uploaded a motivating yoga video on Monday, asking her fans to become their own warriors. The actress shared the video amid the uproar surrounding her husband Raj Kundra’s arrest.

“Be your own warrior; strong enough to affect and defend positive change in your life. Whether it's a low or high point, I only turn to yoga. It's the best remedy for me to stay positive, focused, and balanced.” the actress wrote.

Shilpa is back on social media after a long break. She recently uploaded a video on Instagram in which she can be seen executing several asanas.
