Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been given a clean chit by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the Mumbai drug case. The charge sheet filed by the NCB in the court said that there was no evidence against the six accused in the case, including Aryan Khan.
The NCB has filed a charge sheet against 14 people in the case. Six of them dropped from the case due to lack of evidence. In 2021, the NCB raided a luxury ship off the coast of Mumbai. It was later reported that Aryan Khan was also involved in the drug party.
But Aryan Khan was not in possession of drugs when he was taken into custody from the ship. Also, police could not find out the connection between Aryan Khan and the international drug gang from the chat.
Following the arrest of Aryan Khan, several controversies arose in connection with the drunken party raid. It was alleged that irregularities had taken place in the readiness of the NCB team. Based on this, a special team of the NCB undertook the investigation.
Aryan Khan was arrested On October 3, 2021. Aryan Khan and seven others were arrested after the NCB stormed a drugs bust on a luxury cruise. Aryan got bail after 25 days spent in prison. Mukul Rohatgi, India's former Attorney General, represented the star son in the case. He was the lead attorney, along with Satish Maneshinde.
