Sajid Nadiadwala to return as director for Salman Khan's Kick 2 Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment production house has confirmed the Sajid Nadiadwala will direct the Kick sequel. As there were few rumours saying that the director exits the project on social media. The production house Nadiadwala Grandson tweeted a statement that "Clearing the air, we strongly deny any reports of association of any other name as the director of Kick 2. The next of the franchise, Kick 2 is with Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and will be directed by Sajid Nadiadwala,”

Kick is an official remake of Telugu film with the same name. The film features Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Randeep Hooda in the lead roles and Nawazuddin Siddiqui as an antagonist.
