Sadak 2 trailer receives flak on social media; garners 3 million dislikes

The trailer of Sadak 2, starring Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, and Aditya Roy Kapoor is released on Wednesday morning and within a couple of hours, the trailer has received flak from netizens.

By afternoon, it had received a million 'dislikes' on YouTube. Yes. Dislikes and not likes. The trailer of a big film, especially one packed with some really big names from the Bollywood industry, is expected to be a huge hit. But this policy has been reversed for Sadak 2 and it is unusual enough to be comment-worthy. There are 3.9 million dislikes on YouTube. After all the allegations and hatred Alia Bhatt and her father Mahesh Bhatt has received post-death of Sushanth Singh Rajput, Sadak 2 is getting all the hate on social media. There is a lot that is going on and on about nepotism and the effect of it is clearly shown on Sadak 2. Sadak 2 is a sequel to 1991 hit Sadak, also directed by Mahesh Bhatt and starring his daughter Pooja and Sanjay Dutt. Sanjay Dutt, who reprises his role as a driver named Ravi in the new film, announced a day before the trailer released that he was taking a break for medical treatment. Sadak 2 will stream on Disney+Hotstar on 28th this month.
