Ranveer Singh presents Hardy Sandhu as Madan Lal in new poster for 83
After introducing seven characters from his upcoming sports-drama 83, Ranveer Singh revealed a new character poster featuring singer Hardy Sandhu as Madan Lal
The 34-year-old actor, who will portray the role of cricketer Kapil Dev in upcoming film 83, shared the character poster on Instagram and wrote, "PUNJAB DA GABRU VEER !!! Presenting @HARRDYSANDHU as the Dynamic MADAN LAL!!! #ThisIs83" Lal was an important teammate and one of the main people who helped India win the World Cup in 1983.
Earlier, Ranveer Singh had shared seven character posters which featured Nishant Dahiya as Roger Binny, Dinker Sharma as Kirti Azad, Chirag Patil who is essaying the role of his father and former Indian cricketer Sandeep Patil, Tahir Raj Bhasin as Sunil Gavaskar, Jiiva as the top scorer in the final match of the 1983 world cup against West Indies, Saqib Saleem as Mohinder Amarnath and Jatin Sarna as Yashpal Sharma.
The film features Deepika Padukone in the lead role opposite Ranveer. The movie also features R Badree, Pankaj Tripathi, Ammy Virk, and Saahil Khattar. Helmed by Kabir Khan, the movie is set to hit theatres on April 10.
