Ranga Maarthaanda: Krishna Vamsi to remake Marathi hit film ‘Natasamrat’ with Prakash Raj & Ramya Krishnan

It has been a long time since director Krishna Vamsi scored a proper hit at the box-office. From the past few days, we have been hearing rumours that Krishna Vamsi is going to kick start his next project. On an interesting note, his wife, senior heroine Ramya Krishnan, is going to play a crucial role in this movie. Versatile actor Prakash Raj plays a vital role in the film.

The makers have unveiled the poster of the movie, which confirmed that the title of the movie is ‘Ranga Maarthaanda.’ The poster also revealed that the movie is going to be the official Telugu remake of Marathi classic movie ‘Natsamrat.’ The film is going to be about the story of a retired theatre artist and his never-ending passion for acting. It seems like both Prakash Raj and Ramya Krishna both will perform intensely in their performance-oriented roles in this movie. Abhishek Jawkar and Madhu Kalipu are bankrolling this project.
