On the special occasion of Mother's Day, Rakul Preet Singh shared some adorable pictures with her mom on her social media. Along with the pictures, the actress penned a heartfelt note for her thanking her for being her strength. She started off telling her mother how much she loves her. She wrote, "Mommmmmy it’s your day and I can’t tell you how much I love you. Behind all our stories is our mother's story because hers is where yours begins!"
She further added, "Thankyou mom for writing my story and being my strength throughout the journey. You have taught me how to be selfless, kind, to understand love, to be a fearless independent girl, and most importantly to be balanced. I cannot ever thank you enough but I can promise to be the best version of myself with each passing day. Love love love you." In the first picture, Rakul is standing behind her mother excitedly as they both pose for the camera. In the second picture, Rakul and her mother are standing near a lake. And the third picture is from her childhood in which she's hugging her mother.
Recently in a video interview with a leading website, Rakul Preet's mom revealed that she wants that her daughter should get married soon. “I have been telling her to find a boy for sometime now. But she doesn"t listen to me. So now, we will only find it for her." She further added, "Whoever we get for her, she rejects. She wants someone who'd be better than her. If she's 20, I'm okay with someone who is 18. But she wants someone who's 21."
