Rakshit Shetty is busy completing the shooting of his next film ‘ Charlie 777'. The film is about a loner and his relationship with a dog named Charlie. The role of Charlie is played by a Labrador Retriever (also named Charlie in real life). As the shooting of the film is in the final stages, curiosity about the actor's next project has begun among fans and trade circles.
It is already known that Rakshit Shetty is all set to join hands with the director and producer of 'Godhi Banna Sadharana Mykattu'. He will play the lead in Hemanth M Rao’s next which will be produced by Pushkar Mallikarjunaiah under his banner, Pushkar Films. The makers have shared this news with leading newspapers officially.
The project is set to start in June, after Rakshit completes shooting for his current project, Charlie 777, which is in the final stages of shooting. The makers have finalized on the film’s title as 'Sapta Sagaradaache Yello'. Sapta Sagaradaache Yello is a line from a poem written by Gopalakrishna Adiga, which eventually became a a song sung by C Ashwath.
The team is aiming to release the movie on December 27, the same date on which 'Avane Srimannarayana' released in 2019. The pre-production work of the movie is in full swing, as a team is in the process of finalizing the star cast. The makers are reportedly looking out for a fresh face, and planning to conduct auditions soon for the female lead. The film will have Charan scoring music, and the cinematography will be by Advaitha Gurumurthy.
