In one of the towers of the Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme in Mumbai, the actor Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekhaa are said to have purchased a luxurious triplex apartment. Janhvi Kapoor had previously owned the flat Rajkummar purchased. The 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of one of the buildings were purchased by the Roohi actress for Rs 39 Crore back in 2020. She then sold it to Raj and Patralekhaa for Rs 44.87 cr.
Rajkummar and Patralekhaa's triplex residence is 3,456 square feet, with six parking spaces, according to records discovered by SquareFeatIndia.com and cited by Hindustan Times. The structure with the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of flats is in a leafy nook. According to the documents, the agreement was supposedly signed on March 31, 2022. But on July 21, 2022, the apartment was registered in Rajkummar and Patralekhaa's names. According to reports, the new owners paid stamp duty of Rs. 2.19 crore, while Janhvi was required to pay Rs. 78 lakh.
