Ragini Dwivedi Opens Up About Her Upcoming Film With Shankar Komanahalli

Ragini Dwivedi was accused of substance abuse in 2020 and spent more than a month in prison. Since then, the actress has been carefully taking time to heal and get back to work. Now, the actress has signed a thriller flick, which will be directed by Shankar Komanahalli. He had previously directed Shambo Shiva Shankar. The actress is thrilled about the film. Composer Hitman Hassan and cinematographer Nataraj Muddala are part of the technical team.

Speaking to The Times of India, Ragini Dwivedi said, "My character has a split personality and will keep audiences guessing. My role thrives on the horror factor and the music. I don’t have too many dialogues which is challenging as I need to express everything through my eyes and body language."

Director Shankar said, "It’s a young, creative team and as soon as I read the script, I was confident that I could pull it off. I am very excited to begin working on a new project. The plot is based on mind games revolving around a scam, which not many people are aware of. Ragini is the catalyst and there are many senior actors in the movie whose names will be revealed along with the title. We plan to begin shooting in January.”
