Prajwal Devaraj To Play A Cameo In Meghana Raja's Upcoming Film

Meghana Raj announced her comeback film on the birth anniversary of her late husband, Chiranjeevi Sarja. She has joined hands with her best friend, Pannaga Bharana, for her comeback film. The film will be directed by Vishal. Now, there's a new addition to the cast of the film. Kannada actor Prajwal Devaraj will be playing an extended cameo in the film. A few years ago, best friends Pannaga Bharana, Chiranjeevi Sarja and Prajwal Devaraj had decided to join hands for a film. However, two years ago in 2020, Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away on June 7 due to a heart attack. He was 39 years ago.

In an interview with The Times of India, Prajwal Devaraj said, "I have been involved in this project ever since it was dreamt of and conceptualised. So, one day, when Panna and Meghana told me that director Vishal was coming over to share the script, I thought they wanted my opinion on it. Later, Meghana called and asked me, “What do you think?” and I said I liked it. She then went on to say that she wanted me to be a part of the movie. When Meghana asks, how can I say no?”
