Prabhas's Adipurush Makers Give A Clarity On Release Date

Young Rebel Star Prabhas will be seen as Lord Rama in Adipurush, which will also be his Bollywood debut. The film is directed by Om Raut, and features Kriti Sanon as Sita, while Saif Ali Khan will be seen as Ravana. T-Series and Retrophiles are the producers of this movie. As per the initial plans, the movie was supposed to be released for Sankranthi this year. However, following the poor response to the teaser, the release date of the film was pushed.

The teaser of Adipurush featured really bad graphics and improper representation of the epic story. This did not go well with the audience. As a result, the entire graphics for the film are being reworked, with an extra budget being allocated for the same. It was announced that the film would be released on June 16th this year, some time ago. But with no updates from Adipurush again, several rumors regarding the film's release started spreading. It was being said that the film is out of the 2023 race, and would only be released in 2024. Following these rumors, the makers of Adipurush have now clarified that the film will be released on June 16th itself and that there will be no delays. Adipurush also resulted in a lot of other speculations, especially for Prabhas. Rumors of him and Kriti Sanon dating started spreading like wildfire, to the point where Kriti had to clarify that it was not true. The film will be Kriti's re-entry to Tollywood after a long time.
