The coronavirus is spreading like a wildfire across the globe. Already, more than 160 countries have reported coronavirus cases in their regions. Many celebrities are also getting tested positive for this virus. Recently, popular actor Daniel Dae Kim got tested positive for the coronavirus. He shared the news through an Instagram post. He also posted a video on sharing his experiences. The 51-year-old actor also asked people to take it seriously and don't think that it is not serious.
"Hi everyone- yesterday I was diagnosed with COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus. Looks like I’ll be ok, but I wanted to share my journey with you in the hopes that you find it informative or helpful. Hope you all stay safe, calm, and above all, healthy," wrote Kim along with the video.
In the video, Kim asked people to stay safe in these tough times. He especially suggested the millennials to not think it as nothing serious. He stressed that it is a serious issue and if we are not taking care, we might end up affecting other people's lives as well. So, for the sake of others and the loved ones, he asked people to socially distance themselves. He requested them to self-isolate, stop touching face and make sure to wash hands regularly.
Kim is best known for his works in films like Hulk, Spider-Man 2, Crash and Hell Boy. He is also a part of television shows like Hawaii- Five 0 and Lost. Meanwhile, his fans are praying for his fast recovery.
