Mani Nagaraj, the director of GV Prakash's "Pencil," passed away today (August 25). The director, a former associate of Gautham Vasudev Menon, made his directorial debut with the movie "Pencil." The filmmaker reportedly experienced a heart arrest.

 
People who worked with the filmmaker Mani Nagaraj are startled by his demise and are sharing their sorrow on social media.
 
In 2016, Mani Nagaraj helmed the movie "Pencil," which also served as GV Prakash's acting debut. Additionally, Mani Nagaraj has "Vasuvin Garbinigal," which is set to release in theatres in 2023. The movie, which stars Gopinath Chandran, Anikha Surendran, Vanitha Vijaykumar, Lena Kumar, and Seetha in the key roles, debuted its first look poster in June. The tale involves a doctor and four expectant ladies, and the movie was announced for release in 2020. Bankrolled by Xavier Britto, the film is the official Tamil remake of the Malayalam film, Zachariayude Garbhinikal.
