Soon after the news report went on air, the netizens trolled the channel heavily on social media.
A journalist Naina on Twitter identified this and posted the same. Sharing the picture of the news, she wrote, "Headline: After 17 years MQM leader Amir Khan exonerated in a murder case. Didn't know Indian actor Amir Khan was in Pakistan for the last 17 years." Soon after the news went viral, the TV channel understood their mistake and corrected the same. They fixed it again. The pictures are already on the internet.
