Adipurush, featuring prominent actors Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, and Sunny Singh, is planned to open in theatres in January next year. While many fans are eager to witness Prabhas in the role of Lord Ram, other moviegoers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the film's visual effects.
Let us rewind some facts for you. On October 2, during the festival of Gandhi Jayanti, the film's directors revealed the trailer in Ayodhya, the sacred site of Lord Rama's birth. The teaser got harsh criticism shortly after its publication due to the poor quality of the VFX (visual effects).
In response to this development, Om Raut stated that he has taken note of the feedback and that the film would live up to the people's expectations.
Raut asked fans to believe in the team's vision in an interview with news on Sunday. "Hum par Vishwas Rakhein," he says (have faith in us). Our audience is ultimate to us. So we're paying attention to all the sages, elders, and anybody else who is telling us stuff. We're writing it down, and I can tell you that when this film hits theatres on January 12, 2023, we won't let anyone down. "Believe in us; we will succeed," he told the outlet.
The famous epic Ramayana inspired Adipurush. Prabhas will play Lord Rama, Kriti will play Goddess Sita, Sunny will play Lord Laxman, and Saif Ali Khan will play Ravana in the film.
