The trailer for Nivin Pauly's Padavettu has been released. Nivin's mass performance can be seen in the trailer, which comes with the captions "conflict, struggle, and survival. The trailer is making sure that the film Padavettu will be the best role of Nivin's career.

The trailer released along with Kerala Blasters at the Kochi ISL venue in front of tens of thousands of people. Newcomer Liju Krishna is writing the screenplay and directing the film Padavettu. The film Padavettu will hit theatres on October 21. Nivin appears in the film as a commoner from outside the country in the film Padavettu. He intervenes in the problems in his own village and becomes the frontline fighter in their struggle. The film tells the story of an ordinary young man who had no specific goals in life and later becomes a hero. "Padavettu" is also the first Malayalam film to be produced under the banner of Youdlee Films. They are a part of Sarigama, India's oldest music label.
