Actor Naveen Polishetty who has been trying hard for more than seven years has finally got his major breakthrough with the last year's release Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya. His next film Chichhorre, in which he played a key role, also became a superhit. Currently, Naveen is busy filming his next flick, Jati Ratnalu.
 
Pittagoda fame Anudeep is directing this movie while Mahanati director Nag Ashwin is bankrolling it. Speaking about the film, Naveen said it is a hilarious entertainer and a subject he always wanted to do. He stated that he and his co-actors Priyadarshi and Rahul Ramakrishna had so much fun while shooting for this movie. Jati Ratnalu got filmed in Jogipet, Sangareddy, and Hyderabad. Naveen hoped that the film will definitely entertain the audiences.
 
Naveen also said that he has finalized three projects till now. One of them is a relationship-based comedy in Hindi. The rest two are in Telugu. One is an underdog story and the other one is a drama. Naveen said that it is time to celebrate underdogs in Telugu cinema.
 
Naveen also added that he wants to do a Tamil film as well. The actor jokingly said, "I heard that Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya is getting remade into Tamil soon. If the makers are looking for new actors, I'm available."
