Mumbai cops extends gratitude to Rohit Shetty for his generous nature in helping the warriors to rest, shower and change!

Rohit Shetty, who is popular for his commercial & slapstick films with encore action sequences, has been in news lately. Usually, he strikes headlines for his explanation for the placing and planning of huge action sequences for his films, but this time he is in the news for a different reason. Rohit Shetty is now in the news for his novelty. Rohit Shetty's body of work mostly consists of a cop fighting the system and corruption with huge action & chase sequences. He has created his own cop universe in the Bollywood. Well, it looks like his love cop has proceeded the silver screen. After donating Rs 51 lakhs to FWICE to help daily wage film workers, he facilitated eight hotels across the city for on-duty police officials to rest, shower and change.

Mumbai Police has shared this news and thanked Rohit Shetty for his support. They took their official Twitter handle for this and wrote about it. "#RohitShetty has facilitated eight hotels across the city for our on-duty #CovidWarriors to rest, shower & change with arrangements for breakfast & dinner. We thank him for this kind gesture and for helping us in #TakingOnCorona and keeping Mumbai safe." the wrote. This news has been on wild spread online. Rohit Shetty has received many appreciations from media personalities and audiences. Rohit Shetty's upcoming film 'Sooryavanshi' starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif is also a cop thriller. Sooryavanshi will be scheduled to release post lockdown. The film will also feature Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn making a special appearance as well, all his cop coming together in his cop universe of B-Town!
