MS Dhoni Announces Production Venture’s First Project, A Tamil Romantic Drama Titled Let's Get Married

MS Dhoni, the former Indian cricket captain, has announced his film production venture's first project, an upcoming Tamil romantic drama titled Let's Get Married. The first look at the film was also released in the form of a motion poster.

Ramesh Thamilmani will direct Let's Get Married. The lead actors will be Harish Kalyan and Ivana. Dhoni Entertainment announced the title on Instagram. They wrote,

According to the motion poster, the film is about a road trip. It's billed as a romantic drama. Former Bigg Boss Tamil contestant Harish Kalyan is best known for his work on Pyaar Prema Kadhal, Dharala Prabhu, and Oh Manna Penne. Ivana, on the other hand, appeared in the Tamil comedy Love Today. The rest of the cast and crew have yet to be revealed. Sakshi Singh Dhoni conceptualized the film, which has already begun production. Sakshi is the managing director of Dhoni Entertainment. Sakshi wrote the film's concept, according to a statement. Director Ramesh Thamilmani turned it into a story. “From the moment I read the concept written by Sakshi, I knew it was special. It was fresh and had all elements to be a fun family entertainer,” Thamilmani said. Previously, Thamilmani created Atharva - The Origin, a graphic novel starring M.S. Dhoni. Meanwhile, there were reports last year that Dhoni was supporting Nayanthara in an upcoming Tamil film. Dhoni Entertainment, on the other hand, dismissed it as a baseless rumor in a report. “Dhoni entertainment is currently not working with anyone named Sanjay. We deny such hiring of any person and we request everyone to be cautioned of these fraud claims.
