Mrunal Thakur wows the audience with a glimpse of her dream debut in 'Sita Ramam', starring Dulquer Salmaan and Rashmika Mandanna. Several timeless looks of the stunning actor as Sita unfold in the film's first trailer and the lyrical video for its latest song 'Inthandham'. Her scenes are a joy to watch. In the visual treat that is her latest song, the Love Sonia actor is seen wearing a traditional get-up with a vintage charm.
Thakur, who has established herself as a bankable star in Hindi cinema, is ready to compete with the best of the South. She was last seen in Jersey before joining the Vyjayanthi Movies production, much to the delight of her fans, and is now on her way to promoting the film.
"Sita is someone who is extremely gracious and empathetic, she is kind and humble," says Mrunal Thakur of how relatable Sita is to her. "She knows what she wants and is extremely romantic, which is exactly how I am. So those are the few parallels I can draw between Sita and my real-life persona" says Mrunal.
Sita Ramam, presented by National Award-winning Vyjayanthi Movies and produced by C Aswani Dutt for Swapna Cinema, is directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and stars Dulquer Salmaan, Rashmika Mandanna, and Mrunal Thakur, with cinematography by P S Vinod, music by Vishal Chandrasekhar, and choreography by Brinda Master. The film will release in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam on August 5th.
