Jeethu Joseph and Mohanlal started shooting for their new movie 12th Man. Director Jeethu Joseph shared the pictures from the location through social media pages.
Producer Antony Perumbavoor, Unni Mukundan, Priyanka, Rahul Madhav, and Sivada have arrived at the location on the first day.
“#12thMan Started Rolling !!!” Jeethu Joseph wrote on Facebook.
The film is set to be a mystery thriller. The title poster of the film had been released earlier. The poster was set against the backdrop of a mysterious house. The poster had the image of 11 people inside the house and the image of Mohanlal walking towards there.
Drishyam 2 is the last film by Jeethu and Mohanlal together. Earlier, producer Antony Perumbavoor had announced the film in connection with Mohanlal's birthday.
Antony Perumbavoor said that Jeethu had told another story during the discussions of Drishyam 2. He added that their decision was to think about it after Drishyam 2.
Meanwhile, the Jeethu Joseph Mohanlal team is yet to complete the shooting of the movie Ram. The film has been postponed for the time being due to Covid19.
Filming of Mohanlal’s Barroz is currently on hold. The shooting of Barroz also halted after the second wave of Covid.
Mohanlal's upcoming films include Arattu directed by B Unnikrishnan and Marakkar directed by Priyadarshan. Mohanlal is currently shooting for Prithviraj’s Bro Daddy.
