Manisha Yadav and Anu Prabhakar Mukherjee test positive for Covid-19

The second wave of the novel coronavirus pandemic is seeing a lot of celebrities contracting the deadly virus. In the south, celebrities including Pawan Kalyan, Nivetha Thomas, Atharvaa Murali and others have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Now, two more actresses in the Tamil and Kannada film industry have contracted the virus. Tamil actress Manisha Yadav has now tested positive for the novel coronavirus and is currently in isolation. She wrote, "Positive++ .. Isolated. But also very positive of quick recovery. Personally not so bad so far, except the breathlessness sometimes...But I would say there's nothing better than totally skipping this.So #stayathome #StaySafeStayHealthy & #MaskUpIndia #COVID19India (sic)."

Kannada actress Anu Prabhakar Mukherjee wrote that despite being careful, she tested positive for the novel coronavirus. She took to Instagram and wrote, ""In spite of all care and precautions, unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID 19. Following all essential protocols, I am in isolation and taking medication as prescribed by my doctor. The rest of my family has tested negative. I request all those who came in contact with me to immediately get tested. Please don’t take this second wave lightly. Stay home Stay safe (sic)."
