This year's Jio MAMI International Film Festival is witnessing some unique stories from Indian filmmakers and Prateek Vats' Eeb Alley Ooo is one of them. This little indie movie is an intriguing one and takes a subtle dig on our present Indian society.
Set in New Delhi, Eeb Alley Ooo deals with the story of a young man who joins New Delhi Metropolitan Development Corporation (NMDC) as a monkey repeller. His job is to shoo away the monkeys at the government streets of the national capital. Prateek dealt with this interesting point nicely and made the film with a lot of emotional quotients. The lead actor's performance is commendable and the cinematography needs to get a special mention. On the whole, Eeb Alley Ooo is a very good film which deserves much more attention.
