Mallika Sherawat Opens Up On Being Called Sex Symbol

Mallika Sherawat made a name for herself doing the kind of films she had done in the past. The actress has been shuttling between India and the US for work. Unlike other Bollywood actresses, Mallika Sherawat doesn't believe in joning the rat race and competing with the numbers game. She has always been honest and has goembroiled in controversies because of that. Over the years, people have branded her as a sex symbol. And it's on Wikipedia too.

Mallika Sherawat told Hindustan Times, "Mujhe pata bhi nahi likhta kaun hai yeh! Do people take Wikipedia seriously? I don’t. Abhi kya karein, change kaise karein iss image ko. I don’t even know how. I don’t pay attention to it. However people want to perceive me, it’s their attitude. I just have to focus on what I am doing." The actress further mentioned that she doesn't like social media. "I hate it. I am not on the internet, I feel there is so much negativity out there. I don’t want to subject myself to someone else’s opinion of me," added Mallika.
