Today, the film's crew met with the press in Chennai. "The title is associated with the story of the film, “The title is synonymous with the story of the film. It is all about how a common man is triggered by a mixture of emotions and unpleasant events that transforms him into a violent animal. The film has more violence and the director casts me on seeing my performance in one of my previous films, in which I beheaded the antagonist."
The film's heroine, actress Hari Priya, stated that this is her second project with the production house, the first being 'Vallakottai,' and her fourth film in Tamil following 'Muran' and 'Vaarayo Vennilaave.' “The director approached me after watching my Kannada film 'Bell Bottom’ and I immediately accepted the offer, since the script was too good. Actually, I took a break from Tamil cinema due to my busy schedule in Kannada films. Meanwhile, I'm also listening to Tamil Scripts and if they meet my expectations, I'll proceed with it. ‘Naan Mirugamai Maara' is one such project that impressed me”.
Ghibran composed the film's music with no songs and only background music. Raja Bhattacharjee did the film's cinematography, and Srikanth NB did the editing. The film has yet to receive a censor certificate, and it will be released in theatres in the first week of November.
