Love Mocktail is one of the successful Kannada films in recent times. It has hit the screens on the 31st of January this year. It is a new-age love drama that keeps us engaging in the story right from the beginning to the end. Thus, it became a huge hit at the box office. Now, the actor-director of the film, Krishna confirmed that he is penning the script of its sequel. Krishna also revealed that most of the characters from the original will get retained in the sequel.
A few days back, Krishna posted a picture of a notebook. This has made is followers think that he is coming up with the sequel of Love Mocktail. The actor confirmed the same in a recent interview with the Times of India. He said that he used to laugh it off when people asked him about the sequel of the film. When many requests started coming up, Krishna started thinking about it. He has regrouped with his team and discussed the possibilities of making a sequel for this film. After brainstorming a lot of ideas, one among them stuck in Krishna's mind. He decided to make that idea into a film.
The team has decided to retain most of the characters from the original. While the first part was about moving on in life, the sequel will deal with how their lives turn out to be. Krishna revealed that it will get a comical treatment with a lot of bitter-sweet moments. The shooting of Love Mocktail's sequel will go on floors this year itself.
