The makers have lost big bucks with this film and the distributors in Telangana have warned Puri to return their advances or else they will do a Dharna in front of his house.
Puri has hit back and has leaked an audio conversation where he is saying such blackmailing tactics will not work with him one bit and for those who come for a Dharna, he will make a list of those and will not return money to them at all. Puri had decided to give a bit of his share to a few distributors who lost money with Liger.
This audio clip of Puri Jagan has gone viral and has made headlines on social media. In all this, controversial critic, Kamal R Khan has announced that not only Puri Jagan but Vijay Devarakonda needs to return a fair bit of his share for fooling the audience.
Vijay was also paid big bucks for this film and he also promoted the film and made tall claims that it will be one of the biggest hits in Hindi. But the film failed and made Vijay's Hindi debut a disaster. Now, this distributor issue has spoilt the name of Puri further and people like KRK want even Vijay's name to be dragged into this issue.
