Ravi Basur, who composed the music for the blockbuster film KGF, is coming to Malayalam. Prithviraj announced through his social media accounts that Ravi Basur will be composing the music for the Prithviraj Sukumaran film, Kaaliyan.
Prithviraj's Kaaliyan is a much-awaited film by the fans. After Urumi, S.Mahesh directs the film in which Prithviraj appears in a film as a historical character.
Kaaliyan is produced by Magic Moon Productions. Anil Kumar has written the screenplay. Cinematography by Sujith Vasudev. Kaaliyan was announced four years ago. The film was delayed for various reasons.
Meanwhile, Shaji Kailas's film Kaduva is Prithviraj's last release. The film garnered a good response from the audience in theatres. The film continues to break all the box office records.
Meanwhile, Prithi's upcoming film is Aadujeevitam, directed by Blessy. The Aadujeevitham is based on a novel written by Benyamin of the same name. The plot of the novel is about the life of Najeeb, who went to work in the Gulf and got caught in a scam in the desert. The film has recently completed filming and is in the post-production stage.
Prithvi's other film in the pipeline is Kappa, directed by Shaji Kailas and starring Prithviraj, Asif Ali, Manju Warrier, and Anna Ben.
