Kartik Aaryan is one of the most versatile actors of Bollywood. As the audience has already seen him doing romantic comedies, he will soon be working in his first action-drama film. According to a report in Pinkvilla, Kartik has collaborated with director Om Raut for his next film. Om Raut is a famous Marathi film director who recently made his debut into Bollywood with Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. The film that stars Ajay Devgan and Saif Ali Khan, is still running well in the theatres.
Earlier, Om Raut was sceptical about his debut film in Bollywood because it was competing with Deepika Padukone's Chapaak. However, it lived up to the audience's expectations and they are still showing their love for the film. Now, Om is ready to make another action-drama film with the Pati Patni Aur Woh actor and they will start working for the film soon.
Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan is busy promoting his upcoming film Love Aaj Kal opposite Sara Ali Khan. The film is all set to release on the 14th of February. It has been directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Dharma Productions. Love Aaj Kal is the remake of the 2009 film of the same name. It starred actors like Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.
