"Sardar" is the new movie starring Karthi. Directed by PS Mithran, "Sardar" will release on October 28 as a Diwali release. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music for the film, which stars Rashi Khanna and Rajeesh Vijayan in the lead roles. A single rural folk song titled "Yearumayileri" sung by Karthi has now been released as part of the film’s promotion.
The film Sardar’s editing is by Reuben and cinematography by George C. Williams. This will be the highest-budget film of Karthi's career. The "Sardar" team has already released a teaser that fills the audience with curiosity. Six million people watched the teaser on YouTube within hours of its release.
"Sardar" is produced by Laxman Kumar. The film is produced under the banner of Prince Pictures. Fortune Cinemas is distributing the film in Kerala. PS Mithran has written the screenplay for the film.
