Who doesn't remember the steaming hot kiss between Karisma Kapoor and
Aamir Khan in their 1996 film Raja Hindustani? The film that was a massive hit at that time gave the actors an all-new graph in their Bollywood career. The kiss, however, wasn't easy for the two as they had to shoot the scene in extreme climatic conditions. In an interview with Rajeev Masand, Karisma revealed that the kissing scene between her and Aamir wasn't easy at all. "We have been through grueling circumstances. People say, ‘oh, that kiss’ and all, but what we have gone through that shoot for three days… In Ooty, in February… We were like, kab khatam ho raha hai yeh kiss scene (when is this kiss scene getting over)," she said.
She added that it was the time of freezing cold but it was an altogether different experience at that time. Karisma said, “It was freezing cold with storm fans and freezing cold water. We have worked in those circumstances from 7 till 6 in the evening, shivering away between takes. So that was a different era of, I think, working in those kinds of circumstances."
Talking about her current work-life, Karisma Kapoor has entered the digital space with Ekta Kapoor's show Mental Hood. The show is about the struggle of being a mother. It will stream on the official app of Ekta Kapoor called AltBalaji. Meanwhile, the actress is quite active on her social media handle. She's a party person and enjoys chilling with her close B-town gal pals including Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora, and
Kareena Kapoor Khan.
