Karan Johar is back on Netflix with a reality show and no! It's not Koffee with Karan. Johar's taking over our Netflix screens with a reality series that brings together silver screen and real-life romance.
Titled What The Love!, Netflix's new special, brings together a team of beauty and fashion experts including stylist Maneka Harisinghani and makeup pro Shaan Muttathil, along with a handful of Bollywood stars picked by Karan Johar himself, to prepare six millennials for love. Together, Johar's team mentor each individual and help them overcome personal battles and struggles before sending them on a blind date with (surprise!) a celebrity they weren't expecting to hang out with. A fresh sneak peek shared on the director's Instagram page shows who's on the list: Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Sunny Leone, Huma Qureshi, and Ali Fazal, among others.
With each episode, What The Love! aims to help Johar's subjects face the realities of love in a fun way. And the experiences don't just help them come into their own, they also seem to teach their celebrity dates more about what romance in India is really like.
