Kangana Ranaut is one of the few actresses of Bollywood known to play versatile roles in her films. From a con artist to the Queen of Jhansi, Kangana has proved herself in every role. And now, the diva is all set for taking another challenge as she will become an AirForce pilot for her next film with Ronnie Screwvala. The news confirmed by the actress herself during an interview with Mumbai Mirror.
She said, "I’ve always wanted to play a soldier and have fascinated with the Armed Forces since childhood. I’ve never held back my emotions for our jawans and spoken openly about how strongly I feel about their heroism. They keep our country secure and our people safe. So, I’m very happy to be doing this film."
The shooting for Tejas will begin in July this year and till then, Kangana will go on an intensive training routine to prepare herself for the role. She also seems very excited about this role and is thankful to the makers for choosing her for this film. She said, "I’m thankful to Ronnie sir and Sarvesh who have come to me with this extraordinary script that celebrates the heroism of our soldiers."
