Kalidas Jayaram Opens Up About Indian 2 And Bejoy Nambira's Upcoming Flick

Kalidas Jayaram played an explosive cameo in kamal Haasan's Vikram, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Now, the two actoors are all set to join hands yet again for director Shankar's Indian 2 tarring Kamal Haasan. Recently, Kalidas, kamal Haasan, Shankar and the entire team of Indian 2 jetted off to Taiwan to shoot for the a short schedule of Indian 2. Speaking to the Times of India, Kalidas said, "I am happy to be working with Kamal sir again. It was like going back to family. And then, you have Shankar Sir, whose films I’ve grown up watching. Being with these legends on the sets is amazing, and I am having a fan moment every day.”

He also spoke about working in Bejoy Nambir and Dhanush's films . "Bejoy Nambiar’s film is something that I am really looking forward to. After Paava Kadhaigal and Natchathiram Nagargiradhu, my character in Bejoy’s film has a huge scope for performance. Sharing screen space with Arjun Das wasa real joy, as he is more like a brother to me. As far as Dhanush sir’s film, all I can say now is that it’s going to rock," he added. Will he join hands with his dad Jayaram for a film. He said, "I last acted with dad when I was a kid and then, in Putham Pudhu Kaalai, but that didn’t have any combination scenes of us. So, I really hope and pray that a good project comes our way. We are waiting for the right script, and don’t want to sign a film just for the sake of it."
