K Bhagyaraj and Poornima test Covid-19 positive

The second wave of the novel coronavirus pandemic is seeing lakhs of people getting infected with the virus. In the recent past, many celebrities have tested positive fr the virus. Allu Arjun, Pawan Kalyan, Nivetha Thomas, Andrea Jeremiah and several other actors are down with Covid-19 and are recovering as well. Now, director-actor K Bhagyaraj and his wife Poornima Bhagyaraj have been infected with the novel coronavirus. Their son, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, took to Twitter to reveal the news to the world and also shared their health update.

Shanthanu shared that he and his wife Kki Vijay including their staff have quarantine at home as per the doctor's advice. Further, Shanthanu also asked everyone who came in contact with his family members to get tested and monitor their symptoms. His tweet read, "My parents #KBhagyaraj #PoornimaBhagyaraj tested POSITIVE fr #Covid19 today. All of us incl. staff hve quarantined ourselves @ home as per our doctors instructions. Requesting everyone who were in contact with any of us last 10days to get tested. Pls pray fr their speedy recovery (sic)."
